Version Notes
Black metal body (no silver ring). Green 'AE' markings. Plastic focus grip. This was the last of five versions (optical redesign, by Tokina) was smaller and lighter than the previous versions. The specific lens used in this test was manufactured in November of 1979 (code: 9C).

IR Performance Notes
Since getting some of Konica's telephoto primes I've seen the highest IR scores since starting these tests. I have yet to test this one in the wild, as soon as I do I'll post some results below...
